What happens after you sign up through clientref

You found a plan on our plans page and pressed Start. Here is what happens next.

The sign-up page opens with your plan picked

The button takes you to the studio’s own sign-up page, with the plan and the billing period you chose already selected. Because you arrived through clientref, your new account is linked to us. That link is what lets us help you later; it doesn’t change your price.

You pay on the studio’s secure page

You enter your payment details there, never on our site. If your plan has a free trial, it starts as soon as your account is created, and the plan card told you how many days you get.

You build your site in the studio

Pick a starting design, add your words and photos, and preview it on your phone. Most people have a first version ready in an afternoon.

We help with the parts that get people stuck

The questions we hear most:

• “How do I connect my domain?” Send us the name of the company where you bought it, and we will walk you through the two or three settings to change.
• “Which plan should I move to?” Tell us what you want to add, and we will tell you if you need a bigger plan at all.
• “Does my site look right on phones?” Send us the link and we will take a look.
